Who operates the service
MailConfig Pro is operated by the entity identified below. Complete this information before launch:
Accounts and use
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting credentials, managing access for your team and ensuring that you are authorized to connect domains, DNS providers and mailboxes. Use the service lawfully and do not interfere with its security or availability.
Data and service functions
The service processes account and organization details, domain and DNS records, DMARC aggregate reports including sending IP addresses and authentication results, audit events, exports and AI analyses. DNS provider credentials and AI keys are encrypted at rest. You retain responsibility for the configuration and authorization of connected systems.
AI features
You may provide a key for a supported AI provider (BYOK); that provider processes prompts and relevant service data under your agreement with it. If you choose managed AI, prompts and relevant data are sent to our platform AI provider. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed before use.
Subscriptions and payments
Paddle acts as merchant of record and reseller for paid subscriptions. Paddle’s buyer terms apply to your purchase in addition to these service terms. Prices, taxes, invoices and payment processing are handled by Paddle. Refund requests are handled through Paddle under our Refund Policy.
Availability and changes
We may update the service and these terms. We will provide notice of material changes where required. The service is provided subject to applicable law; nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
