BIMI uses a selector TXT record to identify a logo and, where required, a certificate. Mailbox provider display behavior varies.

Check prerequisite policy

BIMI commonly requires a DMARC policy at quarantine or reject with full policy coverage. A successful DNS lookup alone does not guarantee logo display.

A result is a point-in-time check

DNS can vary by resolver and change over time. Verify important changes with your DNS provider and mail platform. Public DNS checks cannot see every private report or sending configuration.
